This picture stirred up an argument. Some of us believe that Bolanle Okhiria of the Koko Mansion fame found herself at this event without her knowledge. We believe she must have been deceived that she was being taken to the market.

That is the only explanation for this ensemble she had on. The whole ensemble, from top to bottom has a 'you must not wear this out of the house' kind of look. On a brighter note, her hair cut and the colour suits her.

We have to deviate from our regular kind of feature due to the importance Funmi Lawal’s cause. Every means possible to raise awareness on the plight of this promising young lady must be harnessed. Let us all join hands to keep her alive so that she can fulfil her purpose in life.

Funmi Lawal is a 24 year-old law graduate. She was diagnosed with cancer and doctors say she has to undergo a surgery to save her life. This surgery will cost close to £15, 000 pounds (approx. N4million) her family is finding it difficult to raise this money.

We Celebrate Sasha(Yetunde Alabi) for taking the huge step of starting her own fashion line. 'Eclectic by Sasha' is a 100% Nigerian brand. From what we saw today on display, we are convinced the label will become a hit.

Sasha, spotted a simple but classy pleated red chiffon dress from her collection. She complimented her outfit with a red belt and red frame glasses. She is seen standing in front of racks displaying some of her collection in the photo.

'Rick Ross' got Swag at the Summer Jam Fest?

Do you think this Rick Ross wannabe really looks like him? He was at the Summer Jam Fest at Eko Hotel 17th August, showing off his hip hop swag with his overall ensemble. Black t-shirt over black denim pants; he also matched his jacket and shoes. One thing he has we are sure looks nothing like Rick Ross's is his pocket :)

Sasha's Fashion Line 'Eclectic by Sasha' - Me Like or No Like?

First lady of Rap in Naija (Sasha) rocking a piece from her label Eclectic by Sasha. We think the jacket and shorts are very colourful and breezy. Matching the scarf and the lace up brogue to the green in the jacket and shorts works really well.

She will be launching the brands debut collection (Inception) to the public on Sunday 19th August at L’Espace in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Oge Okoye fires Make-Up Artist?

All ladies are not born with make-up brushes in their hands and Oge Okoye in this picture has proven that she is one. Make up is supposed to enhance your natural beauty and not reduce it. We are not sure if she was trying to achieve the Smokey eyes effect with her eye shadow because the effect is lost. She got her foundation colour right though. We heard she may have fired her make-up artist, or maybe she never had one.

We can't understand the hair style as well, it just does not work. As for the overall look, we are just going to keep sealed lips. Oge was pictured at the premiere of Obi Emelonye's movie Last Flight to Abuja in Lagos.

We were thrilled when we saw this picture of Halima Abubakar, it brought back old memories of the then infamous Akpoche. We wonder what she was thinking when she picked out this dress. Eku Edewor is usually on point but we guess everyone has an off day. Africa Fashion Week London (AFWL) is a collaborative fashion exhibition, highlighting the industry’s premier African prints and designers. AFWL is at the fore front of capturing the surge of the African inspired trends in the fashion industry.

These event is open to designers of all nationalities, who are inspired by Africa in their designs.

The annual Africa Fashion Week London will be taking place on the 3rd and 4th of August 2012 at SPITALFIELDS MARKET HALL. The 2 day event will also feature catwalks from 50 designers. We are celebrating this great African Fashion event with this feature.

The Good, Bad and Ugly Styles at the Big Brother Star Game Welcome Back Party for Goldie, Ola and Alex

The night of Saturday 28th July 2012 saw Q Lounge on Victoria Island Lagos invaded by celebs that came to party at the Big Brother Star Game welcome party for Goldie, Ola and Chris. They were all contestants on the reality show. These are some of the photos from the Red Carpet courtesy of bellanaija.

 We won't say much about Goldie's outfit because it is a party for her. Maybe she was told she would perform the reason she came in her stage outfit. The blue mini costume dress, black gloves, and boots may not have been very appropriate for this party since it is not a costume theme party. As it is typical Goldie style. She rocks it well but those eye lashes, hmmm.....

We decided to feature members of the Nigerian Olympic Basketball Team D'Tigers because they are so 'HOT'. You guys be the judge, below are photos of some of the team members.

Ejike Ugboaja (born 28 May 1985) is a Nigerian basketball player. In 2006 he was selected by the National Basketball Association's (NBA) Cleveland Cavaliers in the second round. He has not competed in an NBA game. More team members  photos inside.

Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde was spotted at the Premiere of Tanzanian beauty and actress Wema Sepetu movie titled Superstar at the Giraffe Hotel in Tanzania. She looks amazing in this royal blue couture piece by Nigerian Designer Alali Boutique. The dress shows off her lovely figure, proving once again that you do not have to be skinny to show off a good figure. Those glasses, oops!! Goggles on Azadus just do not fit. They look like shooting goggles, or maybe he came to this event straight from a shooting range and forgot to take off the goggles.

Weaves, Mammy Water and Wall Paint at Nollywood's Mary Uranta's Birthday Party?

Mary Uranta looks gorgeous in this picture except for the fact that she is wearing two leopard print pieces at the same time. Animal print is a trend that not many people like to try. However, this trend can look amazing, if you get it right! She should have opted for either of the pieces because you don't want to have a half woman- half cat look.

Aki's Wife Nneoma Ikedieze, the Fashion Designer Extraordinaire?

This picture of Nneoma Ikedieze, wife to Chinedu Ikedieze Alias Aki was taken at her graduation from a fashion school. Congratulations are in order.

We would not say her outfit is a hot mess because we are in a generous mood today, rather we would say it is a warm mess. It looks very busy with the ankara fabric beneath. It can pass for a very unstylish wedding gown. We are struggling to understand d concept. We are not sure if she made the outfit, great marketing of her fashion designing prowess if she did.

OMG, are those gloves? We do not want to believe that the gloves were made to be worn with the outfit; maybe she has not removed them from her wedding. Her face looks pretty here though.

Abeg! Abeg!! Abeg!!! Am High says Patrick Doyle.

Why Uncle Patrick? Why would you show up on the red carpet in such an ensemble? Everything looks a hot mess, from the tucked in t-shirt, exposing the beer belly, the man-boobs, kulot pants to the Moses' sandals. A little bird whispered to us that he had a quarrel with Ireti and was locked out that evening. He had no other choice than to grab what was on his neighbour's washing line to make it to this event.

We shall stop here since it's Uncle Patrick, we understand. With all due respect, we salute you Sir!

Bespoke Ebuka

We are not sure if this is a bespoke suit Ebuka Obi-Uchendu is wearing but it sure looks like it on him. The black coloured suit looks well tailored, complete with the black shirt and black shoes to match. The green bow tie and pocket square does well to compliment the overall look.  .

Although I am not a huge fan of bow ties but Ebuka rocks this one well. Thumbs up to him.
